The turnover condition is the number that decides everything
The turnover condition is 35x, meaning the bonus has to be staked that many times over before anything can leave the account. The arithmetic is unforgiving and worth doing before accepting rather than after: a 1.000 RSD bonus at 30x asks for 30.000 RSD of play, and the same bonus at 1x asks for 1.000 RSD. Those are not two versions of the same offer.
What else is in the rules
The multiplier never comes alone, and the rest decide whether it can be met at all. Minimum odds decide which tickets count, so the turnover is built on real risk rather than on near-certainties. The deadline decides whether it is achievable at a stake you would have chosen anyway. Why a welcome does not come twice
